- Approximately 30 office, medical office, retail and industrial lease transactions during 2023-2024 in Southern California and Dallas
- Acquisition property and financial due diligence, and management of the escrow and closing process for a 220,000 SF office building on behalf of Orange County Transportation Authority (Santa Ana, CA)
- Acquisition and asset management of a 200,000 SF multi-tenant office building for CalOptima (Orange, CA)
- Sale of a 240,000 SF office building for Xcel Energy (Denver, CO), which was excess corporate real estate
- Sale-leaseback of a 178,000 SF office building for Experian, along with conversion to an office condominium project (Schaumburg, IL)
Build-to-Suit – Brokerage / Financial
- U.S. headquarters of Aviva: 370,000 SF office campus in West Des Moines, IA
- Henkel (Dial Corp. headquarters): 340,000 SF office / R&D building in Scottsdale, AZ
Investor and Developer Services
- Executive Advisor to Daiwa House Texas, Inc. from 2017-2024 on multi-family and retail properties throughout the U.S., providing asset management, leasing, acquisition, disposition, operational, and financial services
- Representation of a major Japanese investor in the acquisition of an existing 400 unit multi-family project in Fort Worth, TX, along with a development joint venture for an additional 300 units and post-closing asset management
- Agency leasing for a 33,000 SF retail property in Irvine, CA
